That’s why Pavilion Floors was the first firm to promote INSTALL in the New England region. In fact, Mr. Jamie Gilmore, Pavilion’s president, was so committed to this benchmark training and certification program, that he volunteered to become a management director on the International Labor Management Board of Directors for INSTALL of the United States and Canada. Mr. Gilmore has played a determining role in the program’s establishment and implementation across the country.
