Estimating
Pavilion Floors utilizes the latest technology on the job site as well as in our own office.
Our computer-based estimating system is a great example of this. Typically, our clients provide us
with traditional paper plans, actual site dimensions, AutoCAD files or PDF files and, if necessary,
we will scan the paper plans or manually input the site measurements. Then our system takes this data
and removes most of the work that could produce the highest rate of errors and it is done in the shortest
amount of time. This provides us with not only speed in generating estimates but, more important, accuracy
and that translates into greater convenience and cost-savings for our customers.
Product Installation
Pavilion installers are highly trained professionals and are skilled at working with carpet, hardwood, vinyl,
laminate, ceramic tile and most any other type of flooring available. When we arrive at your job site, you
know you will be in good hands because we believe in “best quality” labor and that should be the goal of all
contract flooring companies. In order to establish a quality labor force, a firm must demand consistency across
the board from all of its installers. That’s why Pavilion Floors was the first firm to promote INSTALL (International
Standards and Training Alliance) in the New England region. Our installers receive regular training and are current with
